Physical Description: The Congo African Grey parrot is arguably the most recognized bird in the pet industry. They are entirely grey, accented by their striking red tails. Most individuals feature a bare patch of skin around their eyes, which remains white. Unlike the Timneh African Greys, which have two-toned beaks, the Congo’s beak is completely black. We offer our babies weaned (eating independently) and well-socialized.

Sex Identification: Determining the sex of these birds necessitates a DNA test, as they lack sexual dimorphism, making visual identification impossible.

Native Habitat: Africa (Notably, regions of the Ivory Coast, Kenya, and Tanzania)

Their vocalizations are influenced by their surroundings, making them suitable companions for apartment living when properly trained.
